2. Print-On-Demand Products
All products are printed and framed on demand by Gelato, our international print partner. Items are produced individually
when you place an order. Product images are digital mockups; slight colour variations may occur between screen and
print. Final sizes may vary within normal production tolerances.
3. Prices & Taxes
All prices shown include VAT unless otherwise stated. EU customers are charged VAT according to EU VAT rules.
Customers outside the EU may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes or local fees, which are the responsibility
of the buyer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Production time is typically 2–5 business days. Delivery time varies depending on destination. Orders are produced and
shipped from the facility closest to the customer whenever possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by
customs, couriers, incorrect addresses or events outside our control.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each item is custom-made, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started. Contact
us immediately if a modification is needed and we will try our best, though changes cannot be guaranteed.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Custom-made items cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect size ordered or colour variance. If your order
arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days at clarke.ollie@gmail.com with your order number and
clear photos of the issue and packaging. Once confirmed, a free replacement or refund will be arranged.
7. Copyright & Usage Rights
All photographs, images and designs on this website are the exclusive property of Oliver Clarke. Purchase of a print does
not grant reproduction rights. No image or content may be reproduced, copied or used without written permission.
8. Payment
Payments are handled securely through Shopify. We do not store or have access to full payment card details.
9. Privacy & Data Handling
Your personal data is used only to process your order, arrange production via Gelato, and comply with legal obligations.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.

REFUND POLICY

1. Custom-Made Goods
All products are made to order. We cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, customer
mistakes or minor colour differences.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at clarke.ollie@gmail.com. Include your order number,
photos of the defect and packaging, and details of the issue. If validated, a replacement or refund will be issued.
3. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
4. Incorrect AddressesIf an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. Reshipping costs may
apply.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

1. Production Time
All products are produced on demand. Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated shipping times:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 4–10 business days
- Rest of World: 5–14 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Partners
Orders are shipped by Gelato’s local partners (DHL, UPS, FedEx or local couriers).
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. VAT may apply to shipping within the EU.
5. Customs & Duties
International customers outside the EU are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other fees.
6. Incorrect Addresses
If a wrong address is provided, additional delivery fees may apply.
